TERMS OF SALES
ARTICLE 1 : PRICE
Prices of our products are indicated in euros.
VAR reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration of the orders subject to availability on that date.
Retention of title clause: Law No. 80-335 of May 12, 1980
All equipment remains the property of the seller until full payment of the agreed price.
ARTICLE 2 : ORDER
Any order requires unreserved adherence to the provisions below, these cannot be modified and will prevail, in any event, over any contrary stipulations that may appear on customer order forms, general conditions of purchase , or any other document issued by him.
Minimum order: €100 excluding tax of available merchandise (i.e. €120 including tax)
Any order below the minimum will not be taken into account.
No orders will be taken over the phone.
ARTICLE 3 : PAYMENT
Payment for your purchases can be done by :
- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard and other via the Crédit Agricole secured site.
All the data you enter (your card number and expiry date) are immediately encrypted (in SSL mode) and saved on Crédit Agricole's secure payment server.
No information relating to your credit card is kept on our site.

For account companies in the event of postponement of due date, delay or non-payment in the payment of a single invoice, and on simple formal notice by registered letter, we may demand immediate payment of all sums even which may be due, which sums, will be automatically increased from their due date by a penalty whose annual rate will be equal to three the increased legal rate in force.
ARTICLE 4 : SHIPMENT
The order is delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process.
No penalty for late delivery can be claimed from us.
All our goods travel at the recipient's risk and peril, regardless of the agreed payment method or shipping conditions, even free.
In case of damage characterized or missing: the reservations must be imperatively written, qualified and quantitative. Make the inventory in front of the driver and enter the details of the missing or damaged goods on the transport voucher.
Without these formalities, the carrier cannot be held liable (article 133 of the Commercial Code). Any dispute over missing products must be confirmed to us in writing within 72 hours. After this period, no request can be taken into account.
ARTICLE 5 : RIGHT TO RETRACT
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal (form available on the website) without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.
Shipping costs and return costs are your responsibility.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be re-marketed in new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimized management.
ARTICLE 6 : WARRANTY
Two years from the invoice date, except in the event of misuse or modification of the tool.
All returns of merchandise must be made at your expense.
ARTICLE 7 : RESPONSABILITY
VAR company has, for all stages of access to the site, the ordering process, delivery or subsequent services, only an obligation of means. VAR cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any event qualified as force majeure, in accordance with case law.
ARTICLE 8 : INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the VAR site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. They are the exclusive property of the VAR company.
ARTICLE 9 : TOTALITY
In the event that one of the clauses of this contract is null and void by a change in legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this can in no way affect the validity and compliance with these general conditions of sale.
If a condition were to be lacking, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the French distance selling sector.
ARTICLE 10 : DURATION
These conditions apply throughout the duration of the online services offered by the company VAR.
ARTICLE 11 : APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are subject to French law.
Jurisdiction in the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties, is given to the competent courts of Chartres, notwithstanding multiple defendants and/or warranty claims, even for emergency procedures or procedures conservatories in summary proceedings or by motion.
ARTICLE 12 : MODIFICATIONS TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Company reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms of sale at any time. In the event of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
